This person has been harrassing me at my job and at home. He is claiming that I need to send $500 dollars for a payment loan. He claims that it was deposited into my bank account and when I checked my bank statement and credit report it is not listed. He will not give me the name of the company. He has been told to stop contacting my work and he keeps calling my work. This is causing me lots of trouble with my manager and my job is on the line. I asked for him to send information to me via mail to explain what this matter is about and he has refused. I am not going to send any money until I receive written proof of this matter.

Received a call from "Officer Steven Douglas" from the BCI, Bureau of Criminal Investigations. Please, people, do NOT give this guy anymore info than he may already have about you. He is very rude, unprofessional, and extremely threatening. He speaks very poor english, pronounces the number 4, as fo. First of all, the BCI does not make threats to the American public, especially regarding false Pay Day Loans. Nor would the BCI ask for a letter of apology, and then settle for a particular amount of money. This is a major scam, which I must admit, was very scarey at first. But once I read more about the BCI, I'm certain that "Steven Douglas" is indeed a scam artist, and NOT with the BCI.

I called Capital One TWICE and verified that this number does NOT belong to Capital One. If you call it repeatedly, you get the same five or six people. They're trying to steal your information. Anyone on this site who says this number is legitimately a Capital One number is wrong and, may be in on the scam. Go to donotcall. gov and file a complaint. Let's see if we can get these f---ers shut down... today.

Called my home; I never pick up from house phone anymore, sadly. 95% of my calls are hangups, fundraisers, or etc. I use cell phone for everything. Like most of these companies, this one hung up when it detected no human voice. Sometimes now they even hang up without waiting for voice machine. According to another poster above: Call is from Donor Care Center in Ohio. They are nonprofit fundraising experts. I will not be answering this number as usual!! Was told that I had a cash advance out with a company in which I do not. When orignally being told of said advance it was from 1 company and then when I was questioning the caller they said the name of a different company. Then the caller started saying F(*^ you D****

I have received a few calls from a man identifying himself as Michael and leaving very threatening calls. My daughter in law just called me and said he had called her. He says he is looking for my daughter and is very rude and leaves messages and when we called him back he threatens to send the police to our house and then tells us good luck and he will see us all in jail and court. Please help us to stop these calls. If he calls me again I am going to contact my son who lives in Florida and married to a police officer and have her find this guy. We do plan on filing charges of harrassment on him when located.

They call me SEVERAL TIMES A DAY ALL THE TIME!!! Its very annoying! And on the rare occassion I actually answer, no one says anything

Says he has a proprietary matter he needs to talk to you about. Doesn't leave a company name. Not calling him back.
